Warming herbal tea
Lemongrass – contains anti-bacterial, anti- fungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. The diuretic properties of lemongrass makes you urinate more often, ridding your body of excess fluid and sodium.

Lemon peel – an excellent source of fibre, potassium, magnesium, calcium, folate, and beta carotene. Lemon peels can improve bone health as they contain high amounts of calcium.
