Lemon myrtle – native to the subtropical rainforests of southeast Queensland. Lemon myrtle gently stimulates digestion and reduce symptoms such as bloating and cramping. It also contains antioxidant, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties to help treat a sore throat and clear congestion.
Eucalyptus – contain flavonoids and tannins that provide both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Eucalyptus is commonly used as an inhalant to relieve symptoms of the common cold or flu.
Strawberry gum – native to the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales. Strawberry gum contains antioxidant, anti-fungal and antibiotic properties. It may also help balance the micro flora of the gut.
Rosella – helps to lower blood pressure and cholesterol and to assist with improving coughs and colds, due to its vitamin c, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
