My name is Beata, I’m a qualified naturopath, nutritionist and passionate about holistic health care. My roots in health began at a very young age as I have always been drawn to natural remedies. I loved experimenting with food, keeping up to date with the latest health information, it just felt right for me to embark on a lifetime of research and learning and pursue a career in health.
After completing a nutrition course in 2012, I foundered B inspired healthy lifestyle. I focused on running an organic whole-food catering service with individualised menu plans for specific dietary requirements. In search of further education, I decided to take the next step and study naturopathy to take a more broader view on health and wellness.
It wasn’t until I started studying naturopathy that I discovered a passion for herbal medicine. Experimenting with herbs inspired me to create a range of organic herbal teas and superfood blends. The range is therapeutically blended according to principles of traditional western herbal medicine and supports both emotional and physical health. Each blend is created with a true purpose and promotes wellness. To view my range please click here.
I have particular interest in working with digestive disorders and womens health. After all, all health begins in the gut, right? In my treatment plan I focus on the unique aspect of each client, then tailor a personalised health care plan that is evidence based to provide a treatment that is personalised and effective. Common disorders linked to gastrointestinal disorders include:
- IBS – (irritable bowel syndrome)
- IBD – (inflammatory bowel disease)
- SIBO – (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth)
- Heartburn and acid reflux
- Food intolerances
- Behavioural and learning difficulties / ADHD
- Brain fog and fatigue
- Low immunity
- Weight gain
- Hormonal imbalances
- Candida overgrowth
- Skin problems like acne, eczema and dermatitis
- Autoimmune disorders
I also work closely with Practical Behaviour Solutions, a service specialising in children with special needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit and (Hyperactivity) Disorder (AD(H)D, Social Communication Disorder etc. The gastrointestinal tract and nutritional deficiencies are often overlooked as a tool in the treatment of autism and ADHD. The combination of behavioural therapy and natural therapies has shown to clearly improve the lives of many children with Autism.
It is my passion to inspire people to take action that adds health and happiness to their lives, either during a consultation with me or through my blog posts. I believe education is the key, offering natural, sustainable solutions, because the world is a much better place when you’re vibrant and healthy.
Thank you for coming on this wellness journey with me!
